Hornet Hustle 5K Run/Walk

The Hornet Hustle 5K Run/Walk invites runners and walkers to join the vibrant community of Rossville on Saturday, August 22, 2026. The race kicks off at 8 AM sharp with a scenic out-and-back course winding through the picturesque Rossville Town Park.
Participants can register in advance for $30 if they sign up by July 15, or $35 from July 16 to August 21. Race day registration is also available on Saturday morning between 6:30 and 7:30 AM (cash only), but note that race shirts are not guaranteed after the early bird deadline of August 8.
The event offers a flat, paved course ideal for all skill levels, making it perfect for runners looking to set personal bests or casual walkers enjoying a leisurely pace. Race day registration and packet pickup take place before the start time at Rossville Town Park, ensuring participants can enjoy the pre-race atmosphere and last-minute preparations.
The Hornet Hustle awards top male and female overall finishers along with first-place winners in each age division: 0-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+. This recognition adds an exciting competitive element to the event.
The race day falls during Rossville's Summer's End Festival, which features a full weekend of activities. Participants are encouraged to stay for the festivities following the run or walk and experience the lively community spirit that defines this annual celebration.
