Get ready for an enchanting Halloween adventure at the Witches Run! This family-oriented race takes place on historic East Buntyn streets, offering both 5K and 10K distances as well as a fun 1-mile option. Participants are encouraged to don their most creative costumes, with awards given out for the best adult and child outfits. The event promises an engaging atmosphere filled with festivities. After completing your run or walk, children can enjoy games and activities while adults relax at the Boo-mosa bar. A silent auction will also be held, providing opportunities to support local causes through bidding on unique items. Registration fees go directly toward supporting various community programs in Memphis, including Baptist Camp Good Grief, Best Buddies, G.R.O.W. Binghampton, Innovative Teaching Grants, Kids in the Kitchen, REACH Memphis, Salvation Army of Memphis & the Mid-South, and Sweet Cheeks Diaper Ministry. By participating, you're making a direct impact on these initiatives. The race begins at 9:00 AM with both 5K and 10K options, followed by the fun run for all ages starting at 9:15 AM. Awards will be presented to top finishers in each category at 10:15 AM, after which everyone is invited to stay for an after-party until noon.
