La Foulée Rose Athogienne

Run for good, and run even better during this special occasion. Join us on Sunday, October 12, 2026, in Thueyts, France, for an impactful day of sport and solidarity.
The main attraction is a timed nature race covering 10 kilometers through the heart of Ardèche's forests and trails, featuring a challenging elevation gain of 380 meters. The event kicks off at 10:00 AM, offering runners breathtaking views and an invigorating challenge as they navigate winding paths and steep ascents.
Participants can look forward to being part of a supportive community that not only celebrates athletic achievement but also contributes to a worthy cause. Medals will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers, while all participants will leave with pride in their accomplishment and perhaps some well-earned sore muscles!
In addition to the competitive race, there's an 8-kilometer guided walk starting after the main event, providing a more leisurely option for those who wish to enjoy the scenery at a slower pace. Both events feature mid-race refreshments and water stations, ensuring everyone stays fueled throughout their journey.
Packets will be available for pickup between 8:00 AM and 9:50 AM at Parc du Château de Blou in Thueyts. On the day of the event, those interested in joining the walk can register on-site before 10:00 AM.
Afterwards, enjoy a relaxing atmosphere with refreshments and crepes available to all participants. A portion of the proceeds from this race will be donated to La Ligue contre le Cancer d’Ardèche, supporting cancer research and patient care in the region.
