LA RUN'PLOUM offers runners and hikers an enchanting blend of natural beauty, from dense forests to rolling countryside, sandy dunes, coastal trails along the GR34 route, pristine beaches, and rich cultural heritage. The race features four timed courses: a 4 km trail, a 9 km trail, an 18 km trail, and a challenging 30 km course. Proceeds from LA RUN'PLOUM will support the APEL of Saint-Joseph Private School, providing children with various activities throughout the school year. Race bib pick-up is available at Messouflin Farm in Ploumoguer on Saturday, October 17th between 4:30 PM and 6:00 PM, as well as Sunday morning starting from 7:30 AM. Registration closes automatically once all spots for the four courses reach a total of 999 participants. The 30 km trail starts at Lamber Foyer in Ploumoguer. Shuttle services will be available on race day between 8:00 and 8:30 AM, transporting runners from Messouflin Farm to the start line and back again for a fee of €3. Due to recent regulations concerning coastal conservation areas and the introduction of chip timing technology, there has been an adjustment in entry fees this year.
