About the Event

On June 13, 2027, the Parc d'Ohlain near Maisnil Les Ruitz will host Le Défi des 7 Portes, an inviting race that caters to all paces and distances. Participants can choose from a marathon (42 km), semi-marathon (21 km), half-distance run (14 km), or the shorter sprint distance of 7 km.
The course winds through picturesque landscapes in Pas-de-Calais, featuring distinct checkpoints where runners must collect keys at specific kilometer markers. Marathoners will encounter seven gates and collect a key at each: every 7 kilometers from start to finish. Semi-marathon participants face four gates with corresponding keys collected along the way. Those opting for shorter distances can still enjoy the unique challenge of discovering three or two checkpoints, depending on their chosen distance.
The event encourages runners to explore the scenic route at their own pace without time pressure, making it a relaxed and enjoyable experience for all levels of fitness and speed. With its charming setting in Parc d'Ohlain and engaging checkpoint system, Le Défi des 7 Portes offers a memorable day out for anyone looking to enjoy running or walking through beautiful countryside.
