Leeds - Rock up n' Run -

Leeds Run Series invites you to join its laid-back summer events. Whether you choose the 5K or the more challenging 10K, both races offer an evening of fun and fitness under the stars.
For those opting for the shorter distance, registration opens at 6:00pm with a start time of 7:00pm. The longer route kicks off earlier at 6:45pm after a quick sign-up from 6:00pm onwards. Both distances come with an affordable entry fee — £10 for the 5K and £15 for the 10K.
Upon crossing the finish line, all participants receive a unique Jumble medal as well as their choice of a refreshing beer or soft drink to celebrate your achievement in style. The event is designed for runners looking to enjoy a relaxed evening out with friends, family, or fellow enthusiasts.
No need to pre-register; simply show up on the day and pay at the gate. Embrace the friendly atmosphere and scenic routes that Leeds has to offer as you run through the city’s vibrant streets under the summer sky.
This event is licensed by the TRA in accordance with UK Athletics rules, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
