Experience the third edition of Les Foulées Des Raids Dingues, set to take place at L'Escale des Ponts de Auchay-sur-Vendée on your starting line. Lace up for natural terrain challenges that will test your endurance and spirit.
The 15 km course climbs with a modest yet invigorating 350 meters of elevation gain, setting off the grand departure alongside its longer sibling at 4 p.m. The 25 km route stretches further still, offering an exhilarating 500-meter ascent to those who dare take on more. For runners seeking a shorter adventure, a 8 km course with 120 meters of elevation awaits your arrival at 4:45 p.m.
For the walkers among you, join in the fun by starting the 12 km walk from L'Escale des Ponts de Auchay-sur-Vendée at 4:05 p.m. Regardless of which distance you choose, know that a comprehensive refreshment station will greet all participants upon finishing your journey. Additional solid and liquid provisions will be strategically placed along both the 15 km and 25 km routes to keep you fueled throughout.
The scenic route winds through picturesque landscapes, offering runners not just a physical challenge but also an immersive experience of nature's beauty.
