The Mascot Gold Cup is a 220-yard sprint over six fences, designed as a handicap start that ensures every runner has a fair chance of victory. This thrilling event offers more than just competition; it’s about celebrating the joy of running in costume alongside friends and family.
Four ticket options cater to various preferences:
- £2 Ticket: Includes entry and mascot loan for those who pledge at least £100 sponsorship money towards Sue Ryder's cause. Limited mascots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

- £1 Ticket: Offers the same race day experience as above but without the provision of a mascot.
- £40 Ticket: Entry to the event with no minimum fundraising target and allows participants to bring their own mascot.
- £50 Ticket: Includes everything offered by the £40 ticket, plus mascot hire for those who prefer not to bring one along.
Each ticket comes with two free race day passes—one for the mascot participant and another for a supporter—and unlimited half-price additional tickets. Participants also receive a special mascot medal with an extra-long ribbon as part of their experience.
