All Triathlon participants can pick up packets from 12 pm - 6 pm on Friday, August 14th, outside UL Lafayette's Bourgeois Hall or Saturday morning prior to the race. Packets will be available on race day, but it is strongly encouraged that all participants pick up prior to race day.
5:00am - Transition Area Opens (Outside UL Bourgeois Hall)
7:00am - Staggered Swim Start (UL Bourgeois Hall)
The Triathlon starts at 7AM for ALL PARTICIPANTS. When selecting your swim time during registration, you are selecting how long it takes you to swim 200 yards, not what time you want to start the race.
For the safety of all participants, bike helmets are REQUIRED and no headphones or headsets are allowed on the race course.
Since this is a charitable fundraising event, registration fees are non-refundable, but they can be converted to a donation or transferred to another participant. Contact us at 337-984-1920 by Wednesday, August 12th for either option.
We reserve the right to cancel in extreme weather circumstances. In that event, there will be no refunds, rather, your entry fee will be used as a donation to Miles Perret Cancer Services.
