National Day Trail Carnival - Pingnan 2026 (2026国庆越野屏南嘉年华)
About the Event
Running October 2-4 at the Pingnan Trail Plaza, Longquan, Lishui, Zhejiang, this holiday-weekend event offers a "Cloud Fun Run" 7K (solo and family), "Celadon Ancient Trail" 25K, "Chasing the Wild Clouds" 37K, and a volunteer-only "Ultimate 1800" 42K mountain-patrol activity. Registration opens June 24 at 10:00. The Cloud Fun Run (6.8km actual, 300m gain/loss) starts Oct 2 at 15:00 with a 2-hour cutoff, open to solo and family entries through orchards, villages, and century-old forest. The Celadon Ancient Trail (24.5km, 1,560m gain/loss, ITRA ~1 point) starts Oct 3 at 7:00 with a 5.5-hour cutoff, following a thousand-year-old celadon-trade route past the ancient villages of Kucukeng and Chepankeng to the summit of Liuhua Mountain. Chasing the Wild Clouds (37.1km, 2,720m gain/loss, ITRA ~2 points) starts Oct 3 at 7:00 with a 9-hour cutoff, linking Dahuanglian Mountain, Wumianjian, and Liuhua Mountain across three ancient villages. The Ultimate 1800 (43.9km, 3,375m gain/loss) starts Oct 4 at 6:30 as a non-competitive, Leave No Trace volunteer mountain-patrol activity along a classic ridgeline, self-navigated with three water points, its 500rmb deposit refunded after check-in.
