All participants must follow event rules as provided by the organizer. Participants raise funds for three causes: Navalis Foundation (distress relief for sailors and families), Support Our Troops (financial assistance for CAF community), and Soldier On (sport/recreation programs for ill/injured members). In‑person events include rides, a run/walk, and a Kids Bike Rodeo. Virtual challenges run throughout June.

A 15% discount is automatically applied for participants under 18 years of age and for those 65 years and older.
In‑person participants receive a challenge coin and, for most distances, an NBR PT shirt. The Ottawa Family Ride and Halifax Family Ride include a coin only (no shirt).
Virtual participant race packages are shipped to the address provided during registration. In‑person participants do not have coins mailed, even if they cannot attend.
Registration fees include all taxes and processing fees.
The Kids Bike Rodeo in Esquimalt is free and includes a challenge coin.

Cycling has a long‑standing tradition in the Royal Canadian Navy because stationary bicycles fit easily aboard ships where gym space is limited. The event highlights the Navy’s commitment to health and wellness. Fundraising leaderboards track individual and team contributions.
