Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women - Ottawa 2026

The Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women Ottawa 2026 will take place on Sunday, May 31, 2026, at Hog's Back Park (600 Hog's Back Rd, Ottawa, ON), with the 10K starting at 9:00 AM, the 5K Run at 9:15 AM, the 5K Walk at 9:20 AM, and the 1K Little Steps at 8:15 AM. This event supports The Royal in closing the gender gap in mental illness and addiction research and care for women.

All participants must follow event day instructions provided on the official website and during race kit pickup. The event raises awareness that women are twice as likely as men to be diagnosed with depression or anxiety, with suicide attempts five times higher in females than males. Less than 10% of global clinical studies explicitly examine women's health. Proceeds support The Royal's programs for women's mental health and addiction research and care.
