The race begins with open practice runs from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM, allowing participants ample time to familiarize themselves with the terrain. The timed race runs will take place between noon and 3:00 PM, during which racers can complete up to three laps, ensuring you have multiple opportunities to improve your performance.
The course spans a total of 1.3 miles, starting from the top of American Express and descending through various challenging sections before reaching the base area under the Snowbridge. Expect several punchy uphill segments that will put your endurance to the test. Will you stay on your bike or opt for an exhilarating run?
Whether you're an expert looking for a new challenge or a beginner eager to learn, No Pain, No Chain offers something for every skill level. The race is divided into categories: Open/Expert (any age), 10 and under, 11-18, 19-39, and 40+. Each category ensures fair competition among participants.
