NYC Trail Mix

The NYC Trail Mix takes place on Saturday, November 14, 2026, starting at 6:00 AM for the 50 Miler, 7:00 AM for the 50K, and 8:00 AM for the Half Marathon at 501 Brielle Ave, Staten Island, NY 10314. This Redpoint ultra trail event benefits the Greenbelt Conservancy, with over 35 miles of trails through Staten Island's greenest spaces including Blood Root Valley, High Rock Park, La Tourette Park, and the Field of Dreams. Cutoffs: 50 Miler = 13 hours (7:00 PM), 50K = 11 hours (7:00 PM), with a 3:00 PM cutoff at Nature Center for the last lap.

Aid Stations:

• High Rock — approx 5 miles into loop (NO crews, spectators, or drop bags)
• La Tourette — approx 11 miles into loop (Crews/Spectators and Drop Bags allowed)
• Nature Center — same as Start/Finish (great for cheering and support)
• Half Marathon: 2 aid stations
• 50K: 5 aid stations
• 50 Miler: 8 aid stations
• Skratch electrolyte hydration provided.
• Fruit, PB&J, potatoes, pretzels, chips, candy, broth, bacon, quesadillas, pierogies.
• Vegan and GF options available.

Crew, Spectators & Pacers:

• Crew/spectators allowed at Nature Center, La Tourette Aid Station, and Field of Dreams Meetup (NOT at High Rock).
• Half Marathon — no pacers allowed.
• 50K — pacers allowed starting at Mile 15 (Nature Center) or Mile 25 (La Tourette).
• 50 Miler — pacers allowed starting at Mile 33 (Nature Center) or Mile 44 (La Tourette).
• Let race director know if you plan on having a pacer (for food/water planning).

Parking & Arrival:

• Parking at Rec Center & Nearby Lots on Brielle Ave (501 Brielle Ave, Staten Island, NY 10314).
• Start/Finish Line accessible by 0.2 mile gravel path or shuttle bus.
• All racers, spectators, crew must park at designated lots.

Schedule:

• 5:00 AM — Check-in opens
• 6:00 AM — 50 Miler starts
• 7:00 AM — 50K starts
• 8:00 AM — Half Marathon starts
• 3:00 PM — Cutoff at Nature Center for last lap
• 7:00 PM — 50 Miler (13-hour) and 50K (11-hour) cutoffs

• Benefiting the SI Greenbelt Conservancy.
• Trail community has donated almost $10,000 over past few years.
• Donations accepted via event page.

The NYC Trail Mix 2026 is the fourth running of this Staten Island ultra trail event. Run the most remote sections of New York City, see history that nature has recovered, and support the Greenbelt Conservancy with every step.
