Runners will experience a firm but slightly soft surface as they navigate through the diverse terrain of Reflection Riding Arboretum's natural beauty. Since its inception in 2025, Oli Kai has become an integral part of Chattanooga’s running community and is organized to support local causes such as the Reflection Riding Arboretum and Nature Center. With a history of attracting over two hundred participants annually, this event stands out for its inclusive nature and supportive atmosphere.
The course features a 2.1-mile loop that includes approximately 190 feet of elevation gain per lap. Aid stations are set up along the route to provide necessary hydration and nutrition throughout the race duration. Participants also have the option to create their own aid station near the start/finish line, enhancing personal comfort during long hours of activity.

Early packet pickup occurs at Mean Jeens located at 1800 East Main Street from 4:30PM - 6:00PM on Friday, September 4th. On race day, packets can be collected between 7:00AM and 7:45AM directly at the start/finish line within Reflection Riding Arboretum.
Start location for all races is situated at 400 Garden Road in Chattanooga’s historic district, beginning promptly at 8am sharp on September 5th. Age requirements are flexible but participants must be able to complete their chosen distance safely and independently. Participants interested in camping Friday or Saturday night can add this option during registration.
