Starting 7:00 AM on Sunday, October 18 at the Haizhou Gymnasium, Haizhou District, Lianyungang, Jiangsu, this trail race offers 21K Elite, 10K Challenge, and 5K Experience categories. Registration is first-come, first-served.
The 21K (20km actual, 978m gain / 999m descent, ITRA 1 point) has a 6-hour cutoff; the 10K (9.43km, 293m gain / 297m descent) has a 2.5-hour cutoff; the 5K (4.57km, 68m gain / 71m descent) has a 1.5-hour cutoff.
Late summer's warmth fades as autumn settles over the port city; Jinping Mountain trades its dense summer green for softer autumn color, sea breeze crossing the old town of Haizhou, ancient stone paths carrying centuries of history beneath layered, colorful forest.
