About the Event

Experience the exhilaration of a unique multisport adventure at our OTC-sponsored A Splash and Dash event. This family-friendly race combines running with swimming to create an engaging experience for participants of all ages.
Designed specifically for kids, this fun-filled event offers two exciting Super Sprint options: x1 and x2. The regular Super Sprints are focused on enjoyment rather than competition; every participant receives a medal at the finish line as a celebration of their participation. For those eager to challenge themselves further, the competitive Super Sprint x2 will be back in 2026 and is part of the USAT Northern California Youth Series.
Safety and fun are our top priorities. Volunteers will be on hand throughout both swim and run sections to ensure participants can take breaks as needed during their swimming portion before continuing with the run course. Each competitor who crosses the finish line will receive a special medal, marking this memorable experience.
