Challenge yourself with the FTC HYROX Simulation at Laney College Football Field on October 31, 2026. This full-scale HYROX simulation includes eight 1K runs paired with eight intense workout stations designed to test your endurance and strength. The event starts with a run of one kilometer followed by various high-intensity exercises such as the Ski Erg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jump, Row Erg, Farmer Carry, Sandbag Lunges, and Wall Balls. Each station is strategically placed after every 1K run to ensure continuous movement. Competitive heats are organized with five athletes or teams per heat, grouped based on estimated finish times for a tight competition. Heats commence every ten minutes throughout the day from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM, ensuring that all participants have an exciting race experience. Judges will be present at each station to monitor reps and transitions. The event features official HYROX race distances with open division weights available for use during the competition. Athletes should arrive at least forty-five minutes before their assigned heat time; heat assignments are sent five days prior to the event via email or text message. Race-day atmosphere is electric, with music playing throughout the course and an announcer keeping everyone engaged. Spectators are welcome to cheer on participants as they push through each station in a flurry of activity. A hydration and recovery area will be available for all athletes post-race. Registration includes access to the event but is final and non-refundable unless you purchase Participant Registration Protection. The FTC HYROX Simulation promises an exhilarating day full of challenges, camaraderie, and personal achievement rain or shine. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to test your limits in a supportive yet competitive environment. Participants should plan to arrive early for check-in starting at 9:00 AM with warm-up activities beginning fifteen minutes later. The first heat kicks off promptly at 10:00 AM, making it essential that you adhere to the schedule and be prepared to give your best effort from start to finish.
