Outrun the Stigma 5K Run/Walk 2026

On October 24, 2026, the Outrun the Stigma 5K Run/Walk will take place along Front Street and Park Boulevard in Massapequa Park, New York. Participants are invited to join this inspiring community event dedicated to raising awareness about mental health issues.
The race begins at 9:15 AM sharp from Municipal Lot 1, located under the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) tracks. Bib pickup will be available starting at 8 AM in a white tent within the municipal lot for runners and walkers of all ages. A special kids' start is scheduled for 8:45 AM to ensure that young participants can enjoy their own race experience before the main event.
