Parigny Running Show

Join us on Saturday, August 29, 2026, for the second edition of Parigny Running Show, an exciting and festive sporting event nestled in the heart of South Manche. Whether you're an experienced runner looking to chase a personal best or an enthusiastic amateur eager to take part in a lively challenge, this event promises something unique for everyone.
The races include two distances:
- 5 km: A single-loop course that winds through picturesque landscapes.
- 10 km: Two loops of the same scenic route, offering runners more time to soak up the atmosphere and scenery.
Both courses are timed but open to all skill levels. After crossing the finish line, participants can enjoy a lively evening in Parigny's charming town center with live music concerts, refreshments from food trucks, and plenty of drinks at various stands. The festivities will continue until 1:00 AM, making for an unforgettable night under the stars.
Post-race recovery is well-considered; professional masseurs will be on hand to help runners relax their muscles after a challenging run. Additionally, there are facilities available in the Roland Bernard Hall of Parigny where participants can freshen up with showers if needed.
The event takes place at Grandparigny and starts promptly:
- 14:00 – Dossard pick-up on Place de la Douenne
- 15:30 – Start of the 5 km race
- 16:30 – Start of the 10 km race
Awards will be presented around 18:00, followed by an apéro-concert and a festive evening until midnight.
Registration is open from June 1st on Klikego. Participants must provide either a valid FFA license or have completed the Pass Prévention Santé (PPS) within one year of the event date for adults. For minors under this age requirement, parental consent forms are necessary along with medical certificates if needed.
Entry fees:
- 5 km: €8 (+€1 Klikego fee)
- 10 km: €10 (+€1)

The Parigny Running Show is organized by the Association Running des 3 Provinces and guarantees a secure course with safety personnel stationed throughout to ensure runners' well-being. The event also includes water stations along both courses for hydration needs during your run.
