PHOENIX - Kent - Duckython - Pluck a Ducky

Welcome to the inaugural 'Duckython - PLUCKY Ducky' at Cyclopark in Kent, an exciting and unique running experience that combines fun with fitness. This brand-new series of events invites runners to take on various distances—from a 5km sprint to an ultra marathon—on a picturesque looped course measuring approximately 3.28 miles or 5.3 kilometers.
The event offers a range of options, allowing participants to complete as many laps as they choose within the generous seven-hour time limit. The route itself is undulating and features both smooth tarmac sections and challenging off-road trails that wind through scenic woodland areas near Cyclopark. It's also possible for runners to start their journey with a local parkrun before transitioning onto Phoenix Running’s course, creating an integrated running experience.
One of the highlights of this event is the 'Early Ducky' entry incentive: the first 100 entrants will receive a custom-made rubber ducky that they can pluck from a large sack filled with ducks. Among these lucky duckies lies one golden prize winner who not only gets their chosen ducky but also earns a free race entry, adding an element of surprise and excitement to the day.
Every participant receives a stunning 130mm spinning 'Run Ducky Run' medal crafted from drawings by Phoenix Running's founder’s youngest daughter. This bespoke finisher’s award is one of the finest in their collection and serves as a memorable keepsake for runners who take part in this whimsical event.
