About the Event

On October 18, 2026, the Athlétique Club of Saint-Dié invites runners and supporters to join its annual Pink Race events. In collaboration with the City of Saint-Dié, these races aim to raise awareness and funds for cancer research through a series of non-timed runs held in the picturesque setting around Mont Lakes.
The event features two main race categories: a 10-kilometer course and a shorter 5-kilometer run, both designed to be accessible to all runners regardless of experience level. Participants will gather at Parking Leclerc for an early morning start amidst the lush greenery surrounding the lakes.
At 9:00 AM, participants can take part in the Pink Race, which covers approximately 10 kilometers and includes a special challenge for local businesses encouraging team participation. This longer course offers scenic views of Mont Lakes and its surroundings as runners traverse varied terrain that showcases both natural beauty and urban landscapes within Saint-Dié.
Following the morning race at 11:00 AM is the Pink Run, a more relaxed 5-kilometer option open to all ages. Similar to the main event, this shorter run also features an enterprise challenge based on team participation numbers, fostering community spirit among local businesses and their employees while raising funds for a good cause.
Registration benefits include a commemorative pink t-shirt for the first 700 participants who sign up in advance, ensuring that everyone starts with a sense of unity and purpose. The races are part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month activities (Octobre Rose) celebrated across France each year to promote awareness about breast cancer prevention and support.
The day concludes around noon with fun runs designed for children, further extending the reach and impact of this community-driven event aimed at raising funds and spreading hope throughout Saint-Dié.
