For those up for the challenge, each loop of the course measures precisely 10.35 miles, winding through rocky trails dotted with roots and steep hills that add an extra layer of difficulty to every step. The terrain is as unpredictable as it is challenging; expect sections where the trail may be muddy or frozen solid, but also stretches that offer a dry, firm surface for faster running.
The 10-mile race presents one loop around this technical course, while the 20-mile event doubles down with two loops of identical difficulty. However, the real test awaits those who dare to tackle the full 50K distance, navigating three loops through rugged terrain that includes significant elevation changes—each lap features a climb totaling over 1300 feet, culminating in some of the steepest inclines near the end.
