REDLINE Fitness Games are set to rev up Bangkok’s energy with the Southeast Asian debut at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. Born out of Kuala Lumpur last year, this innovative fitness challenge invites athletes from across the region to push their limits through a high-intensity circuit race. The Bangkok edition features 12 stations that combine cardio and strength exercises in an exhilarating competition. Participants will navigate through running tracks, ski simulators, cycling rigs, rowing machines, and more. The variety keeps competitors engaged as they tackle each station with precision and power—pushing sleds across the floor, performing squats under heavy loads, carrying weighted farmer’s implements, and much more. Each year, REDLINE updates 2–3 stations to keep things fresh for returning athletes while maintaining a standardized format that ensures fair competition. The event offers Singles, Doubles, or Team Relay options, allowing individuals and groups of up to three people to compete in their preferred category. Some participants even challenge themselves by entering multiple categories. The race is designed to cater to different fitness levels, with completion times ranging from 30–55 minutes depending on the division and individual pace. This makes REDLINE not just a test of physical strength but also an endurance event that demands strategic pacing and mental fortitude. With thousands expected to converge at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center for this dynamic experience, REDLINE promises to be more than just another race—it’s a community of fitness enthusiasts coming together to celebrate their passion. Are you ready to join them?
