Phase One training grounds are bare bones, raw and real. Staged out of multiple areas in Spokane to include the Reardan Cross Country track in Seven Mile, Riverside State Park, and Mt Spokane State Park, all providing beautiful and challenging opportunities to forge holistic strength.
I once heard someone say "Watch out, Fisch is going 'Rogue' again..." I never knew exactly what he meant so the mystery remains, but I do know that great things came from going "Rogue" in beautiful places while in the pursuit of finding my soul. Now it's your turn. ROGUE//MOUNTAIN is more than a race. It is a Phase One Mission - an invitation to train for adversity, define resilience, and find hope, leaving no one behind. ROGUE RIVER is an opportunity to search for strength within.

It is designed to be incredibly easy on the digestive system. The primary energy sources are dextrose (glucose) and sucrose, with a full complement of electrolytes. This approach to fueling has been the solution for many athletes, allowing them to avoid the dreaded gut bomb, bonking, and nausea that can come with more extended endurance events. Tailwind Endurance Fuel is vegan, gluten-free, and non-gmo. We have also partnered with Neversecond and are happy to support you with their C30 Energy Gel. Neversecond C30 Energy Gels deliver a scientifically proven 30 grams of carbohydrate in every serving, giving athletes the exact fueling they need without guesswork.
