RTT Margam Trail 10k & 5K

This scenic race offers runners two distances to choose from: a challenging 5km course and an exhilarating 10km loop that doubles back on itself for those looking to push their limits further.
As you set off at 11:00 AM, expect stunning views of the park's lush woodlands and its iconic castle. The terrain is varied with undulating trails that wind through dense forests and open meadows, providing a mix of challenges that cater equally well to both newcomers and seasoned trail runners alike.
Registration opens early in the morning at 9:00 AM, giving you plenty of time to explore the park before the race begins. A mandatory briefing starts just five minutes before the race kick-off at 10:50 AM, ensuring all participants are fully prepared for what lies ahead. The first runners can be expected back around 11:15 AM.
The event is well-organized with water stations along both routes and a chip-timed system to track your progress accurately.
