The event takes place in a warm, supportive environment designed to make your experience as stress-free as possible. With no cumbersome equipment setup required, focus solely on the exhilarating course ahead and let our dedicated coordinators ensure everything runs smoothly for you. Whether you're aiming to set personal records or just looking to enjoy the run with friends, this event caters to all.
Upon registration, participants receive a digital training pack filled with helpful resources designed to aid in your fitness journey before race day. As part of joining, runners are also invited to become members of our local running clubs where you can connect with fellow enthusiasts and stay motivated year-round.
Timing for the run is entirely optional; feel free to use any tracking app such as Strava or RunKeeper if you wish to record your performance. For those who prefer a more relaxed approach, coordinators are on hand to assist in keeping track of times without the pressure of formal timing chips.
Each participant will receive an array of swag upon signing up including a running t-shirt shipped directly to their address (US only), a finisher's towel or giveaway item, and a shiny finisher’s medal. Additionally, all runners are eligible for online results and digital certificates celebrating your achievement post-race.
Wave times start at 7:30 AM with subsequent waves every half hour until the event concludes three hours after the initial wave begins. Should you arrive late, there's no need to worry—runners can join anytime during this period without missing out on any festivities or support from our team of coordinators who will be available throughout.
For those unable to make it in person but still wish to participate, a virtual run option is also available complete with its own digital training pack. Simply choose your preferred time and location for the race while using any tracking device you prefer, then submit results post-race to receive your medal via mail.
