The Run for Peace 10K and 5K returns to Alton Baker Park on Saturday, June 13th, 2026 in Eugene, Oregon. This event offers a chance for runners of all ages to support local peace initiatives while enjoying the scenic beauty around the park.
Race morning at Alton Baker Park finds participants readying themselves among lush greenery and winding trails. Registration can be completed through https://raceroster.com/events/2026/117102/run-for-peace before the deadline date. Bib pickup will take place on Friday, June 12th from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Eugene City Hall.
Participants should gather at Alton Baker Park’s main entrance for the race start time of 9:30 AM. Ages 17 and under and those aged 65 and over will receive a $10 discount on registration, while children age 12 and younger can participate free when using the Parent & Child sub events.
This event is special because it brings together runners from different walks of life to support peace initiatives in Eugene. It's an opportunity for all ages to contribute positively to their community through physical activity and shared goals.
