RUN THE VINEYARDS 5 MILER hosted by the award winning William Heritage Winery! 

South Jersey's original vineyard race began here 15 years ago with the inspiration of Ken Culbertson, Race Director and Good Day for a Run Business owner when he developed a course which includes cross-country mixed with country roads.  A Brand New concept of running through beautiful scenery in the vineyards and finishing with the celebration of runners' accomplishments with awards, live music, and wine has become a tradition for running communities, families and friend groups! 

Excellent off-road cross country style course for approximately 3 miles and 2 miles on country roads. Timed 5 Miler race one week before Broad St. 10 Miler! Perfect for beginners and experienced runners.

• Awards for Top 3 Male & Female Overall and Age Group Winners (Age categories - 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, 7 every 10 yrs)

• Well groomed and well marked course.

• Water station, friendly course marshals, bananas and water at the finish. 

• Food trucks to be on site.

• Live musician until Noon. 

• Free Downloadable Race and After-Party Photos! Professional photographers on staff. Available 24-48 hrs post-race.

• Spectators welcome and wine available for purchase. No outside alcohol allowed.

• Walkers and children are welcome to participate.1 Hour 40 Min. time limit kindly requested. Need to be registered and start on time at 9 AM behind the runners for safety of all participants. SPECIAL PRICING - Children receive a discount during registration (Wine ticket not provided to them)

• Race is Rain or Shine. No transfers or refunds allowed.

Packet Pick-Up on Race Day: 7:30 - 8:30 AM at the "Good Day for a Run" tent. Arrive by 8:30 to check-in.
