Amman Valley Harriers invites runners of all levels to join their vibrant race calendar, featuring exciting events throughout the year. The SALEM 5K is set for an evening under the stars on a classic Friday night. This race offers a perfect opportunity to enjoy running in a community setting.
Entry fees are intentionally kept low at £8 to encourage participation and make this event accessible to everyone who loves to run. While there may be ample daylight during your run, no strict cut-off time is enforced, allowing you the flexibility to finish comfortably under the fading light of evening.
Participants should note that changing facilities will not be provided on-site, so it's recommended to come prepared with a change of clothes if needed. Parking options are limited in the field behind the hall and along the village roads for overflow parking; please consider carpooling or using public transportation to help minimize traffic congestion.
After crossing the finish line, head over to the hall where light refreshments will be available to refuel your energy and socialize with fellow runners. The SALEM 5K promises a welcoming atmosphere and scenic route through the heart of Salem, making it an event not to miss for local running enthusiasts or visitors alike.
