No markings or marshals guide your path; it's up to you and Rudolph’s measurement of approximately six miles.
The event kicks off between 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM, allowing participants flexibility in their starting times. The race is not a mass-start affair but rather an individual endeavor where each runner sets out on their own adventure. Your goal? To navigate through the trail while keeping an eye open for hidden Santas and other festive surprises along the way.
One of the highlights awaits at your secret destination, where you'll need to solve a cryptic clue to earn valuable time bonuses and enjoy some well-deserved refreshments. The race encourages runners to embrace the spirit of fun rather than treating it as a competitive event; quirky costumes and humorous antics are highly encouraged!
The race HQ is located at The Compasses in Littley Green, offering a central meeting point for participants before they set off into the night.
Entry fees include £11 for affiliated members and £13 for unaffiliated runners, plus an additional 50p booking fee. Each participant receives two vouchers worth £3 each to spend on site or nearby establishments.
