About the Event

Semesterloppet welcomes runners of all ages for an inclusive family-friendly cross-country adventure on Åland Islands. The scenic course, stretching 4 kilometers, offers multiple laps to cater to various distances: 12km (3 laps), 8km (2 laps), and 4km (1 lap). Participants wind through picturesque landscapes that showcase the natural beauty of the region.
For younger athletes, a dedicated children's race covers a shorter yet exciting 1-kilometer path. This kid-friendly route starts and finishes at Käringsund Resort & Conference, which serves as the central hub for all activities during the event. The resort provides an ideal setting with its facilities and amenities, ensuring that everyone enjoys a comfortable experience.
The race promises a warm atmosphere filled with family support and camaraderie along the way. With stunning scenery and well-marked paths, Semesterloppet offers something memorable for both seasoned runners and beginners alike.
