The schedule includes a peaceful yoga session starting at 6:30 AM, followed by laughter therapy at 7:15 AM to boost mental and emotional health. Participants then have time to socialize over breakfast and refreshments from 7:30 AM onwards, creating an environment where camaraderie flourishes alongside physical wellness.
