Introducing an exhilarating women-only ultra race set against the stunning backdrop of West Yorkshire. This inaugural 50k challenge begins and concludes at Wadsworth Community Centre in Hebden Bridge, offering runners a unique blend of woodland trails and expansive moorland vistas. Participants will traverse through picturesque villages like Hebden Bridge and Haworth, winding their way past areas recognized for their breathtaking natural beauty. The route boasts an impressive elevation gain of 5,000 feet, providing both challenges and rewarding views along the way. With a generous cut-off time of ten hours at the last checkpoint, this race is designed to accommodate various paces while ensuring safety throughout. All finishers will receive a commemorative medal, with the option to add a high-quality cotton t-shirt upon registration for an additional fee. Supportive amenities are abundant along the course and at the start/finish line. Vegan-friendly checkpoints provide necessary hydration and nutrition, and hot food and drinks await runners as they cross the finish line. A bar will be open from 2 pm to 7 pm for those looking to celebrate their achievement with a refreshing drink or two. Additional conveniences include baggage storage near registration, sanitary products available at both registration points and checkpoints throughout the route, and changing facilities at the start/finish area. Registration opens from 7 am to 7:45 am on race day, with the race officially kicking off promptly at 8 am.
