About the Event

Set against the backdrop of Slaithwaite Village, this endurance event offers runners an engaging choice between two distinct routes that cater to varying levels of fitness and experience. Nestled within scenic Yorkshire countryside, participants can look forward to a day filled with vibrant community spirit and camaraderie.
The race courses wind through picturesque landscapes, offering glimpses of rolling hills and quaint village charm as competitors push their limits on both flat terrain and stretches where the elevation challenges runners' stamina. The event is more than just racing; it's an opportunity for athletes to immerse themselves in a supportive environment that celebrates achievement with a hearty barbecue and refreshing beverages afterward.
A unique highlight of this race day is the jumble medal, a quirky twist on traditional awards that adds a fun element to the celebration, encouraging participants to take pride not only in their personal achievements but also in the sense of community they share.
