Snigelloppet 2026

Get ready for the fun-filled day of the Snigelloppet, set to return on September 5th in Söderköping! This unique race is designed specifically for children aged 0-12 years old and focuses on joy through movement, community spirit, and a delightful experience. Every child who participates will receive their very own numbered bib and a medal as a keepsake of the day.
In addition to the running event itself, there are plenty of fun activities planned for families throughout the day. Visitors can enjoy face painting, raffles with great prizes for both kids and adults, and local organizations showcasing their activities. Children also have the chance to try out various sports and games during the afternoon.
For those in need of a quick energy boost before or after the race, there will be a kiosk selling hot dogs and snacks. Whether your child runs from start to finish, jogs along at their own pace, or simply enjoys moving around as they please, all participants are equally welcome. The most important thing is to have fun!
The event takes place at SOK-stugan in Albogaleden 9, 614 31 Söderköping. Number bib distribution will be from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM and late registrations are also accepted during this time. A group warm-up session is scheduled for 9:45 AM with the first race starting at 10:00 AM, tailored specifically for the youngest participants aged 0-3 years.
