Souffle de Cristal

On September 6, 2026, runners of all levels are invited to participate in the Souffle de Cristal race, an inspiring athletic event that combines scenic routes with a meaningful cause. The race offers two distances: a challenging 10-kilometer course and a more accessible 5-kilometer option for those looking to dip their toes into competitive running.
The route weaves through both urban streets and tranquil forest paths, offering runners breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape as they push themselves towards the finish line. The event is meticulously timed, with results contributing to an exciting corporate and association challenge, fostering a sense of camaraderie among participants from various organizations.
Proceeds from this year’s race will benefit "Friends of Charles," an organization dedicated to combating Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig's disease or Charcot disease. This debilitating condition is the most common motor neuron disorder, and the event aims to raise awareness while supporting those affected by it.
Participants can enjoy a full day’s worth of amenities at the Souffle de Cristal race site, including on-site catering services that provide nourishment throughout the day for runners and spectators alike. Additionally, there will be an engaging sports village where attendees can explore various activities and engage with local vendors.
The 10-kilometer event kicks off at 10:15 AM, followed by the 5-kilometer race starting promptly at 10:45 AM. With its scenic routes, supportive atmosphere, and meaningful cause, Souffle de Cristal promises to be a memorable day for all involved.
