On-site registration opens at 11am, allowing participants to start their journey anytime between then and 1pm. With three course durations available—60 minutes, 120 minutes, and an extended 180-minute option—you can choose the challenge that suits you best. Summer Spunch transforms into a treasure hunt with a twist as competitors use the MapRun app on smartphones or smartwatches to navigate through checkpoints scattered across the area. Whether you prefer a leisurely stroll or a brisk run, there are options for everyone. The course offers over 60 unique SpunchPoints, each adding excitement and variety to your adventure. Participants can enjoy the scenic beauty of Silverdale’s green countryside while exploring rich industrial heritage trails and breathtaking views. The route features a mix of tarmac paths and off-road terrain, providing plenty of elevation changes that cater to different preferences and abilities. While no guarantees are made about mud-free conditions, this edition is expected to be drier than previous events. Silverdale AFC Clubhouse offers the perfect setting for families and friends with indoor and outdoor spaces available. The venue will provide refreshments from its bar along with food options (details soon to be confirmed). Dogs are welcome but must remain on a leash at all times, ensuring everyone’s safety and enjoyment throughout the day. Located just 15 minutes away from Junctions 15 and 16 of the M6 motorway, Silverdale AFC Clubhouse is conveniently accessible by car or public transport. Stoke Train Station is only a short Uber ride away, making it easy for those traveling without their own vehicle to join in on the fun.
