The event is led by three experienced coaches: Emmanuel Cauty, Christophe Malardé, and Ronan Fontaine. Each brings unique expertise to help you progress in your trail running journey. Emmanuel Cauty, with his background as a physical therapist and father of two boys, has found a deep passion for trail running since 2022. His impressive list of achievements includes the Grand Menestrail titles from 2023 and 2024, second place in BUT 59 km 2024, Raid 100 km de l’Ultra Marin 2024, Aber Wrac’h 60 km 2025, and a strong showing at Ultra Saint-Jacques by UTMB – 134 km 2025. His journey is shared in the Café Trail podcast. Christophe Malardé has been coaching endurance athletes since 2009 after his own successful career as an elite trail runner. He founded Fartleck Coaching and continues to inspire runners with his knowledge of training, nutrition, and performance management. His experiences are also featured on the Café Trail podcast. Ronan Fontaine, a seasoned trail runner and former physical education teacher, will guide you through practical aspects like balancing work-life commitments while staying committed to your running goals. Participants can expect two distinct group levels for tailored coaching based on current fitness. Over the weekend, runners will cover approximately 50 kilometers, depending on their level. The event offers a full weekend package at €280 and half-day options starting from €100 each day. All packages include meals, accommodation, and expert guidance to help you reach your personal best in trail running.
