Sur les Traces Des Moulins de Plonéour

Explore the charming landscapes of Plonéour-Lanvern with the Ploneour Footing Club as they host their latest nature run. This scenic course offers runners and walkers alike an opportunity to discover this picturesque village through its active windmills, including the historic Moulin de Tremillec and Moulin du Faou.
The event features a 13-kilometer race that winds through diverse terrain, offering breathtaking views of Plonéour-Lanvern’s rolling hills and lush countryside. Participants can also choose from two walking routes: a leisurely 7 kilometers or the full-length 13 kilometer course for those looking to cover more ground.
Registration is exclusively online via Klikego for the running event at €10 per person, while walkers can sign up on-site for €7. Both events start promptly with runners departing at 9:30 AM and walkers following shortly after at 9:35 AM.
Midway through each route, participants will enjoy a well-deserved rest stop complete with water stations and fresh fruit to fuel their journey back to the finish line. The event concludes in style with an extensive post-race refreshment area where everyone can indulge in hearty treats while socializing with fellow runners.
Race day registration begins at 8:30 AM, allowing ample time for participants to collect their race numbers before hitting the trails. A raffle is also part of the festivities, with one lucky participant having a chance to win an exciting prize based on the number drawn from among those present during the event.
To ensure everyone's safety and well-being, all runners must provide either a PPS (Parcours Préventions Santé) code or a medical certificate issued within the last year upon check-in. Every finisher will receive a commemorative item to remember their participation in this unique community event.
The Ploneour Footing Club is committed to giving back to local causes, and as such, they are donating €1 from each race number sold to support the Grandir avec Lily-Rose association, which aims to improve lives through various initiatives.
