Tails, Trails & Ales returns on November 7, 2026, offering dog lovers and their furry companions an unforgettable day of running, hiking, and celebration at Reflection Riding. Hosted by Nooga Paws, Bad Beard Events, and presented by Mountain View Auto Group, this event brings together the community to enjoy one of Chattanooga’s most scenic natural settings. Participants can choose from a 1-mile Pup Dash designed for fun or longer distances such as a 5K or 10K trail run. Each route offers stunning views and opportunities to bond with your canine companion on well-maintained trails that wind through the lush greenery of Reflection Riding. Whether you're racing against the clock or simply enjoying a leisurely stroll, this event celebrates movement and connection in nature. Upon crossing the finish line, both humans and their dogs will be greeted by an array of local craft beers and food options at the post-race celebration area. Dog-friendly vendors will also be on hand to provide additional treats and accessories for your furry friend. Every participant receives race swag, while each dog is awarded a bandana as recognition of their hard work. This event not only promotes fun and fitness but also supports local businesses and artisans through sponsorships from Tucker Build, Club Pilates, Black Creek Chattanooga, Build Sage Design, and Fleet Feet. It aims to foster the unique outdoor spirit that defines Chattanooga and create a signature community event for years to come. Timed and untimed options are available at Tails, Trails & Ales, ensuring there's something for every level of runner or hiker. Participants must bring their own dog, with one canine allowed per person, and 6-foot leashes are required throughout the course. The race day schedule runs from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, providing a full morning and early afternoon of activities. Packet pickup is available on Friday night at Nooga Paws from 5:00-7:00 pm for those who prefer not to wait until race day. Race Day registration begins at Reflection Riding starting at 9:00 AM with the event commencing promptly at 10:00 AM. Join us and your four-legged friends for a day filled with adventure, camaraderie, and celebration in one of Chattanooga’s most picturesque locations. All proceeds benefit Reflection Riding.
