Bibs will be picked up from 4-8 PM on July 18th, at the Thompson-Nicola Visitor Centre. Bring your ID and a photo to pick them up in person or ensure they are shipped directly if you cannot make it on that day. The race starts promptly at 7 AM on both days. For first-timers, remember to wear comfortable gear appropriate for trail running or cycling.
