The Leftovers 10K / 5K Run returns to Tempe, Arizona on November 28th, 2026. Join us for your first run following Thanksgiving as we work to burn off the leftovers! Our lowest priced run of the year is all about having fun and celebrating.
Race morning finds participants gathering at Southway Park in the heart of Tempe, just a stone's throw from Arizona State University. The Leftovers 10K / 5K Run has been a staple in Tempe for several years now. Since its inception, it has grown to attract over 300 participants each year, supporting local charities and scholarships that matter deeply within our community. At 2.5 km intervals, participants will find aid stations where they can grab water or energy gels if needed.
Start and finish are both located in Southway Park, providing a convenient drop-off point for friends and family to cheer on the runners. The course features slight elevation changes but nothing too steep—perfect for ensuring a smooth journey from start to finish. Participants will also encounter some gentle curves that add character to the overall experience.
