The Quest! Adventure Run

The Quest! Adventure Run returns to Auburn, California on March 13, 2027, bringing together brave adventurers for a legendary fantasy trail run through the realm. This year's event promises an even grander spectacle with more chaos waiting in the woods. Adventurers can choose between a 6-mile sprint and a 12-mile odyssey, each filled with side quests, hidden treasures, and mythical encounters that will test their mettle.
On race morning, participants gather at Ponderosa Cider Co., where they roll for their character class using The Quest! Class Finder form. This year's event includes a mini Renaissance Faire atmosphere with vendors, music, and food to add to the immersive experience of the realm. The trail conditions are expected to be firm but slightly soft underfoot, offering both challenges and opportunities throughout the course.
Since its inception in 2017, The Quest! Adventure Run has grown into an annual tradition for fantasy runners across California, attracting over a thousand brave souls each year who come together not just to run but to experience a unique blend of adventure and community. This event supports various local causes through sponsorships and donations collected during the race.
The course winds through scenic trails that are part of Auburn's natural landscape, featuring both wooded paths and open meadows where adventurers can encounter legendary creatures or hidden side quests. The journey starts and finishes at Ponderosa Cider Co., ensuring participants have a welcoming tavern to gather before and after their run.
