The Runners Shop Sunset Shuffle takes place on Thursday, August 6, 2026, starting at 7:00 PM EDT on Wards Island in Toronto, ON, Canada. This unique evening run on Toronto Island features a 1 Mile (6:50 PM start, 10-minute time limit) and a 5K (7:05 PM start). The course is an out-and-back from Wards Island Ferry Dock to Centre Island (2.5 km then turn around). All participants must take the ferry to Wards Island.

Raised CA$1,948.35 toward CA$2,497 goal (78%).
Founded by Canadian Olympian and former Canadian women's marathon record holder Silvia Ruegger (1961–2019).
Hopes Rise "Champions Club" after-school program combines running, reading, and leadership skill building, culminating with a 5K race.
Children receive free running shoes and books.
Audacious hope fuels the dream to see all children in Canada hopeful about their future.
