Tour de L'Alberta - Biking Like a Viking returns to Sherwood Park, Alberta on Sunday, July 12th, 2026. The event offers four non-timed Biosphere rides: the Beaver Hills Biosphere Tour (35 km), the Half Century Ride (55 km), the Metric Century Ride (100 km), and the Grand Tour de L'Alberta (160 km). All routes start and finish at the Strathcona Olympiette Centre, providing cyclists with a full cycling experience within the diverse landscape of the Beaver Hills Biosphere.

Race morning in Sherwood Park is a mix of early-morning coolness that begins to warm as the sun rises.
