Trail de Bourron-Marlotte

Trail runners are invited to lace up their shoes and explore the rugged terrain of Fontainebleau Forest for Le Trail de Bourron-Marlotte, scheduled for Sunday, August 30, 2026. The race takes place at the André Poirier Gymnasium in Allée de la Forêt, 77780 Bourron-Maratte.
The event features two distinct courses that cater to different levels of experience and endurance: La Béatrix and Le Trail du Prince. Both races start and finish at the gymnasium, offering participants a seamless transition from the urban setting to the heart of nature.
La Béatrix is an 12-kilometer run through some of Fontainebleau's most challenging trails, including technical sections with rocks, roots, and steep climbs totaling approximately 340 meters of elevation gain. The course forms one continuous loop that winds its way through dense forests and open fields, providing a mix of scenic views and demanding terrain.
For those seeking an even greater challenge, Le Trail du Prince offers a more extensive adventure covering 23.5 kilometers. This route combines the technical blue trails with monotrac sections featuring sand, roots, and rocks for added difficulty. With around 730 meters of elevation gain, this course is designed to test runners' skills as they navigate through varied landscapes.
Both events are conducted in an individual format, allowing participants to set their own pace within a time limit, ensuring that everyone has the freedom to enjoy the race at their preferred speed and rhythm. The Béatrix starts at 9:15 AM while Le Trail du Prince begins earlier at 8:45 AM.
