TRAIL DE LA MONTINETTE

About the Event

The 12th edition of the Montinette Trail is set to take place on July 12, 2026. Participants can choose from three trail distances: 5 km, 10 km, and a challenging 21 km route. The 5 km race will kick off at 10:45 AM, with the 10 km event starting half an hour earlier at 10:30 AM. For those seeking a longer challenge, the 21 km trail will start its runners at precisely 10:00 AM.
For those preferring something less strenuous but still adventurous, there’s also a Nordic walking route of 21 km available. This race is timed and features a cut-off time of five hours to ensure safety on the trails. Participants in this event are required to maintain an average pace of approximately 5.5 km/h.
For those who enjoy a more relaxed approach, two guided walks are also offered. The first walk covers 8 kilometers and commences at 9:15 AM with expert guidance. Alternatively, there is a free 10-kilometer hike that starts at the same time for self-guided exploration of the scenic trails.
The event promises to be an enriching experience with on-site catering and refreshments available throughout. Don't forget to place your meat orders early by picking up your race number or ordering beforehand; this helps us ensure we have enough supplies.
