Trail du Téléthon

The Trail of the TéléTHON returns on December 6, 2026, offering runners and hikers an unforgettable experience through scenic trails around Château Thébaud. This year’s edition features three trail races—9km (80mD+), 13km (120mD+), and 20km (220mD+)—along with a new addition, the 10km hike.
Participants will traverse varied terrain including paths and trails that wind through lush landscapes. The highlight of this event is undoubtedly the option to conclude your journey on a thrilling note by crossing over Pont Caffino’s Mega Tyrolienne—a breathtaking zip line spanning 260 meters high above the cliffs, offering spectacular views for those brave enough to take the plunge.
The trail races and hike are designed to cater to all levels of runners and hikers. The event takes place in a family-friendly atmosphere with no requirement for race numbers or formal rankings. This makes it an ideal choice for both seasoned athletes looking to enjoy a scenic run and beginners seeking a relaxed environment to explore their passion for outdoor activities.
The trail routes are marked clearly, ensuring that participants can focus on the experience rather than navigating through unfamiliar territory. The event is held in collaboration with local partners such as La Conviviale brewery, which offers runners an exclusive pack of three locally brewed beers available during registration.
All proceeds from this event will be donated to AFM TELETHON, making your participation not only a personal achievement but also a contribution towards a great cause.
Ravitaillement points are provided along the 20km route and at the finish line for participants’ convenience. The trail starts and finishes at the omnisport hall located on Rue des Sports in Château Thébaud, providing easy access to both runners and spectators.
Registration fees start from €14, with options available online or on-site (with an additional fee). It’s important to note that there are no refunds once registration closes. Participants under the age of 18 must provide parental consent for their participation.
Safety is a top priority during this event, ensuring all runners can enjoy the trails without worry. Signage and safety personnel will be present at key points along the route, particularly near road crossings where additional guidance ensures everyone’s well-being.
Participants are encouraged to leave personal belongings in secure areas provided by organizers rather than inside their cars.
