The 100K (100.07km actual, 5,169m gain, ITRA 3 points) starts Sept 19 8:00 with a 30-hour cutoff; the 61K (61.65km, 3,067m gain, ITRA 2 points) starts 8:00 with a 21-hour cutoff; the 47K (47.51km, 2,437m gain, ITRA 2 points) starts 8:00 with a 13-hour cutoff; the 20K (19.24km, 1,033m gain, ITRA 1 point) starts 8:00 with a 10-hour cutoff; the 5.20K (5.2km) starts 8:00 with a 2-hour cutoff. Mojiang sits directly on the Tropic of Cancer -- known as "the place where the sun turns back" -- with morning mist over Puyi Park giving way to light across tea gardens, Hani folk songs drifting toward the ancient town of Bixi, and cobblestones still carrying the memory of the old tea-horse caravan trade.
